About
Today's human beings face fundamental problems, some of which are characteristic of the contemporary era and are unique features of our time. Among these, we can mention the environmental crisis, the consequences of which can be traced to global warming, pollution and destruction of nature, as well as the social crisis, which is characterized by domestic, social, political violence and visible poverty. Interestingly, the two are moving in relative proportions.
This ratio has imprisoned contemporary man in a circular process, and this prison is the result of his own actions. The construction of the walls of this prison is based on his consuming lifestyle and climate change, and the stimulation of each of these buildings strengthens the other. This ring prison, as emphasized, appears in the dimensions of the environmental crisis, such as air pollution, water, soil and the destruction of plant and animal species, and social dimensions such as violence and poverty. Since this crisis has overshadowed all human achievements in various historical periods, it has also become a philosophical issue. For this reason, the contemporary environmental crisis is not analyzed merely as an environmental or technological or social issue, but emerges in the context of a philosophical issue.
Due to the relative awareness of the society about the current environmental crisis and its socio-economic and health effects, the need to focus on the argument for such a crisis has diminished.
Contemporary human beings are accustomed to adopting a technology-based approach (such as green technology, artificial intelligence, etc.) to overcome their crises. The experience of the last three decades suggests that technology itself is one of the hallmarks of these crises. Therefore, it is time to redefine the issue of sustainable development and solutions to the environmental crisis, according to human capacity, in addition to science and technology. This means that in addition to the technology-based approach, there is also a human approach to get out of the crisis mentioned, in which the existential capacity of man himself is sought. This may seem like a traditional approach, but with a little thought, it becomes new.
In this regard, the 15th International Conference on Green Management, along with understanding the importance of knowledge and technology to overcome the contemporary environmental crisis, which has also become a social, health and political issues, intends to this period of the conference on the capacity of human existence Focus more seriously and make the novelty of this type of human capacity discovery more transparent.
How to hold the conference
The Green Management Association of Iran and the Human Resources Empowerment Foundation of Iran have had a change in the style of holding their conferences since 2016 in order to reduce resource consumption, which is a serious factor in waste production, and also to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Now, with the outbreak of Covid 19 disease, this change in style and approach has gained momentum. In this regard, this conference will be held virtually in continuation of other courses.

WOMEN

Women and overcoming the environmental crisis
Human has historically always been defined as "man." For this purpose, in many world literatures, human is equal to man, and as a result, the existential characteristics of human are considered equivalent to the existential characteristics of man. Due to intellectual, mental growth and economic and social development, the opportunity has been provided for the other half of man to be present in economic and social developments and to reveal a hidden truth, which is that human's existential capacity is not equal to men's existential capacity. Rather, there is a hidden capacity in the human world to which contemporary civilization has given way, and it is nothing but what has always been with us, but which has not received purposeful and systematic attention: the existential capacity of women. Which means opening up the show of the inherent distinction between men and women.
This existential distinction between men and women gives human society another ability that is neither comparable nor competitive with men. Rather, it is the inherent quality of women that is now a serious necessity for human salvation. This quality means the possibility of the existential capacity that governs the human world, which is with women and is completely gendered. Of course, it does not mean the denial of men, nor does it mean equality and justice between women and men, but simply the understanding of the innate ability of women to solve contemporary human crises that is embedded in her institution. Provided that he does not act like men and does not think like men, but acts and thinks like himself. That is, the female intellect is a way out of the contemporary environmental crisis.
